By using shadesology.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Quotes, orders and installer applications are offers until we confirm them in writing.

Products and pricing

Online prices are starting prices for standard modules. Final price includes site-specific options, freight, taxes and installation when applicable. We may correct obvious pricing errors.

Quotes and orders

A quote request is not a contract. Production starts after dimensions, mounting surface and wind zone are confirmed and a deposit (or financed amount) is accepted. Lead times are estimates.

Liability

Exterior shading must be retracted in high wind per the product rating. We are not liable for damage from misuse, failed retraction, or installation that does not follow our manuals. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Before filing a claim, contact support@shadesology.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
