Installation instructions
- Confirm substrate (masonry, wood, steel) and locate structure with a stud finder or as-built drawings.
- Select mount type: Wall mount, Soffit mount, Roof mount, Floor / post mount.
- Mark bracket centers from the supplied template; keep the torsion bar / front beam level within 1/8 in.
- Torque fasteners to the values in the installation manual. Do not substitute lag length.
- Program motor limits, pair the remote, and test sun/wind sensors before leaving the site.
- Photograph the installed unit and register the warranty within 30 days.

Q: Can it stay out in rain?
A: Yes at a pitch of 14° or more; retract in sustained winds above 30 mph.
Q: Does it need a permit?
A: Most residential wall-mounted awnings do not. Coastal Florida projects use our Miami-Dade NOA documentation.
